Pillivuyt has been producing fine culinary porcelain in the heart of France for nearly two centuries. Founded by the Pillivuy family in 1818, the factory is now employee owned and operated near the town of Mehun-sur-Yevre.
Gwendolyn personally visited the factory. Â She is the only other visitor from the United States other than the company Williams-Sonoma to tour the Pillivuyt factory. Her Cake Bake Shop logo is hand applied to each piece which makes each and every cake stand special.
